Bespoke Programs

Aside from writing, podcasting, speaking at conferences, leading courses, and working on his next book, Teacher Tom reserves time each year to work closely with a small handful of schools, designing custom professional development programs that he leads and implements over a period of several months. 

 

These programs reflect each school's specific objectives, for example re-inspiring a play-based curriculum; improving educator collaboration and collaboration with student families and caregivers; and almost always "getting everyone on the team on the same page."
